Honda of Short Pump is the best Honda dealership in the state of Virginia hands down! After buying 30 cars over 25 years with Pohanka and Hall I thought I had established a relationship of loyalty and commitment. However, after purchasing my first vehicle with Short Pump I can say they were the most engaged and most eager to work with me and help me get not only what I asked for but so much more!

The technician, Cory, who performed all the work, did a fantastic job, and even came out of the shop to explain, with a diagram, one of the problems he discovered. Easy to set up appointment online, service desk personnel were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was having Honda courtesy maintenance (initial oil change for a new car) although I actually purchase the vehicle from another dealer. When I asked about a loaner car, they did offer the use of one, however, I declined for this visit as I already had a ride. I also jokingly asked about giving the vehicle a wash, I was surprised and impressed that they not only washed the vehicle, but they also cleaned the interior -- at no charge! Didn't set the coupon price and it took a long time oil change take over 1 1/2 hour I was there 7:25am finish 9:20am.
Service desk was fast, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. No issues with actual maintenance that I am aware of. Car was left messy with dirt spots on seats, all items from back seat pushed onto floor in the corner, a lollipop trash in the cup holder, and our car seat pushed out of place by passenger seat adjustments. I wish they had taken more time to be mindful of any dirt or trash left behind, It felt odd and inconsiderate how the interior was left (and still smells like a workshop). The people there are nice and help for the most part. Didn’t honor the website price change and wait time with an appointment was crazy. Took 4hrs for car selected online that didn’t even test drive and made it almost impossible to view other cars. As any dealership there were pro and cons but if I wasn’t so far away I would of left without purchasing as i previously plan to

Vehicle broke down and wouldn't start up, short pump identified the issue the next business day and corrected a faulty recall installation that was performed 20k miles earlier. Furthermore without being asked they fixed all outstanding recalls on vehicle as well. This was great service!

Everything went smoothly. You need to do something to address the noise in the waiting area. You have it set up so nicely. Several of us were working on our laptops. But the 80’s rock blaring in the showroom, FoxNews blaring on the TV (please either turn it off or choose another network), and people needing to shout to be heard. There is no need to play such loud music in a space with nothing to temper the decibel level.
The used cars listed for sale are not available/not ready to sell. Every process is painfully long and every car has had an issue.

The service was fine but to charge a 3% fee on credit cards is absurd. This is not a mom and pop shop. Will go to West Broad Honda like I normally do
The proceed was very easy and enjoyable, the salesman was good to work with but could have explained the vehicle features a little better but still a great experience.

I recently purchased a new Honda CR-V from Honda of Short Pump, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
When we first came in on Saturday, we were helped quickly, and Steven was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the process. She had to become involved because the service center wasn't knowledgeable/ well versed about the warranty I had purchased (I had to argue with them) and they left marks on my windshield after repairing it
Sales process is horrific. Takes forever and you don’t get a good deal. Service is actually pretty decent. They have pricing on the website for common services which is nice.

The customer service was good but there was crazy wait times from me deciding to buy the car then for them to run my credit then for me to get into finance. I arrived at the dealer right at 9am and didn’t leave until almost 2. There was probably 2 hours of waiting just to get into finance. It was a quiet weekday so I’m not sure what took so long.
Wendy is fabulous. She’s efficient, very well organized and patient. She’s very customer conscious, with their needs in mind. I was her manager from day one in this business. I tell her success story often.

I was pleased with service performed and your service associates. However, I am not pleased at all with your 3% credit card surcharge. First, I worked in retail finance and know that cc processing fees (your cost) are less than 3%. Since most consumers now pay with credit cards, why not include the 3% in your regular pricing, then provide a discount for cash/debit payment (like many others do)?

Bought my orange 2014 Honda Civic SI and had a great experience with the team.
My car had only ever been serviced by West Broad Honda, so I decided to try the new Honda of Short Pump location for a state inspection and oil change. I was told the service would take about 90 minutes, but after waiting over two hours with no updates, I had to go ask for a status myself. That’s when I was blindsided with a list of additional repairs at extremely high prices.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend. Darius and Ryan are rude. I didn’t even want to give them one star. My husband and I waited for over one hour to look at a car and was finally told car wasn’t on the lot. Waited almost another hour for them to go get the car and when it got there it had multiple lights on. Engine light being one. Mismatched tires. Total waste of time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
The people are friendly and pleasant. The facility is clean and comfortable. The process of purchase leaves something to be desired, it was very disorganized and took much longer than necessary.

I purchased a 2026 CRV at Honda of Short Pump. Sales process is long and you have to wait for hours. Ryan, one of the managers, is rude. The vehicle was not cleaned. All the stickers were still on the vehicle. Window stickers, etc. I guess I should be glad since other customers have written reviews that food items were found in their brand new vehicles after supposedly being cleaned. One woman even found a USED CONDOM in her vehicle.
Very new facilities with comfortable waiting area. It’s pretty pleasant to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while waiting for the car to be ready.
We enjoyed our visit to the new location. Only compliant is having to pay 3% to use a credit card for a service bill that is under $100.00. Most folks use credit cards. Customer should not have to pay this.

Was told repeatedly to go find my car when it was ready for pickup after service. It was not brought out, and I walked the entire parking lot to try to find it only to go back to let them know it was not there. Not the kind of experience you would like after spending over $4,000 on vehicle service. Very impersonal; service advisor did not recognize me or greet me. Staff needs better training. Was sent away with barely enough oil but told my car was fine. Wasn't given multipoint check sheet, which is why I come to the dealership, had to ask for it after I got my car back and it wasn't there. Dropped car off early/first thing for inspection and it took over an hour and 45 minutes to complete, and no issues were even present, supposedly.
